We will do our best to accommodate your needs in the case of damaged or exchanging artwork.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund but will be willing to discuss an exchange for another artwork of similar value. If the exchange is for an artwork of greater value you will need to pay the difference.
To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be in the same condition that you received it.

Broken or Damaged Artwork during Shipping
If your artwork or frame has been damaged during shipping please contact us via email at email@example.com or call us at 613 241-7671 during business hours. Please take pictures of the damage so that we may use them for insurance purposes.
All artwork we shipped is insured and will do our utmost to remedy the situation. In the case of a damaged frame where the artwork is not damaged we will offer you a refund on the cost of the frame but will not offer to pay for a new frame.
Once your artwork is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
